Claims Call Center Representative

Seeking confident and outgoing individuals, the full-time remote Claims Call Center Representative will process first notice of loss claims, resolve complex inquiries, and liaise with clients while ensuring adherence to company policies. Key responsibilities: Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports accurately and timely Resolve complex claims inquiries and provide effective service to customers Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer care quality Required qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 6 months of customer service experience Data entry experience Ability to work in a designated workspace free from distractions Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
