Company Description Center for Spine Care & Mobility is a multidisciplinary practice offering Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and both medical and cosmetic services. Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site Physical Therapist role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with spine and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional training. Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress notes in a timely, compliant manner, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self‑management strategies, and coordinating care with chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and medical providers. The role also involves monitoring treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans of care as needed, and contributing to a safe, professional, and respectful clinic environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and progress evidence‑based treatment plans. Competence in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, home exercise instruction, and functional training for diverse populations. Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and spine conditions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary providers. Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York. Previous outpatient orthopedic, spine, or sports rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive, and non‑discriminatory care.
