Regional Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic regional dental office manager to serve as the regional manager for 6 dental practices in Pierce and Cowlitz counties. Must have experience and success in regional dental practice management to apply. The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to Olympia, Washington. Work with our dream team of gifted professionals and earn a salary commensurate with your experience and talent. Responsibilities Manage all practices in your territory to attain or exceed EBITDA goals. Work a minimum of 3-4 days weekly with the team on-site at practices in your territory. Exhibit outstanding customer service with patient as priority; assist doctors in the timely and successful resolution of the non-clinical aspects of patient complaints, concerns, and questions. Lead in following and training protocols that ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded. Lead by example. Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staff. Facilitate the resolution of any concerns and ensure positive relationships and feedback from providers in all practices in your territory. Ensure that staff is trained on current company processes, policies and procedures. It will be helpful if you have worked for a DSO in the past. It will be helpful if you have managed the acquisition of a de novo dental practice in the past.
