The ideal candidate will either support a Account Managers (CSR role) or manage a portfolio of clients (AM role), depending on their experience and expertise. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Entry-level candidates with no licenses may start at $42,000. Highly skilled Account Managers with 2-5 years of experience can expect $55,000 - $75,000, with potential for upward movement and bonus commissions. Work in a unique office environment. Responsibilities For Customer Service Representative (CSR): Provide support to Account Managers by handling client calls and inquiries. Process documents and assist with renewals. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients. Manage a book of 30-50 group accounts (20-200 group lives). Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Handle renewals, service requests, and client communications. Collaborate with senior Account Managers on new business quotes. Potentially participate in client visits and meetings. Leverage self-funding experience to provide tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications/Requirements For Customer Service Representative (CSR): No specific experience required, but prior customer service experience is a plus.
