Marketing & Events Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support firm wide marketing, client communications, advisor marketing initiatives, events, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone with a marketing degree and a few years of hands-on marketing experience who enjoys managing projects, creating polished content, coordinating events, and helping bring marketing ideas to life. What You'll Do Support firm wide marketing efforts, including newsletters, social media, website updates, branded materials, announcements, and recurring marketing communications. Plan and coordinate client events, advisor events, and firm events, including invitation lists, invitations, RSVPs, logistics, vendor coordination, and follow up. Assist advisors with individual marketing initiatives, including client appreciation events, prospecting events, and other relationship building efforts. Create, update, and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, reports, business cards, envelopes, event materials, and other branded assets. Coordinate monthly newsletters and related content, including blog posts, podcast updates, website posts, email campaigns, and compliance review. Manage social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using the firm’s established content calendar. Maintain marketing mailing lists and assist with email campaign updates, bounce backs, unsubscribes, and list cleanup. Support website content updates, including team pages, newsletter posts, podcast content, forms, and routine content maintenance. Monitor and coordinate digital lead sources, including Meta leads, website contact forms, and prospect inquiries. Manage client and employee gifting programs, including milestone gifts, WOW moment gifts, holiday gifting, sourcing, tracking, and coordination. Use marketing and design tools such as Canva, Campaign Monitor, website platforms, and other systems to create and distribute marketing materials. Assist with in-office items as needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of marketing, communications, event planning, digital marketing, or related experience. Experience creating marketing content, coordinating campaigns, managing events, or supporting brand communications. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills. High attention to detail and strong follow through across multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, design platforms, email marketing systems, websites, and social media platforms. Experience with Canva, Campaign Monitor, Adobe tools, website updates, or social media scheduling is helpful. Professional judgment and ability to work within a compliance focused environment. Positive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach. Interest in financial services, wealth management, client experience, and relationship-based marketing.
