Marketing Proposal Coordinator

This is a full-time position with an Atlanta based architectural firm. They work in various sectors and on really exciting projects with reputable organizations. In this position, you'll be responsible for: Lead RFQ/RFP/RFQ pursuits from kickoff through submission Review solicitation requirements and organize compliance needs Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and responsibility matrices Coordinate internal teams and outside consultants for deliverables Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and active pursuit tracking Write/edit proposal narratives, cover letters, and marketing content Tailor messaging and project examples to align with specific pursuits Manage proposal graphics, formatting, layout consistency, and final production Coordinate quality control reviews and final electronic submissions Prepare interview presentations and shortlist materials Assist with interview coordination, rehearsal sessions, and presentation flow Marketing & Brand Management Maintain and evolve firm branding standards across marketing materials Develop brochures, qualifications packages, project sheets, and presentations Support digital marketing efforts and social media content development Coordinate graphics and visual communication materials for the firm Assist with website updates, announcements, and firm communications Support award submissions and industry recognition efforts Help maintain consistency of firm messaging across platforms Business Development Support Monitor procurement websites and identify upcoming opportunities Assist with client targeting and pursuit planning Coordinate consultant outreach and teaming efforts Support conference, networking, and event preparation Track active pursuits, proposal outcomes, and marketing data Assist leadership with strategic positioning and marketing initiatives Marketing Operations & Coordination Maintain proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and marketing resources Organize and manage marketing file systems and content libraries Coordinate print production, brochures, signage, and conference materials Help improve internal marketing systems and processes Manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Support ongoing day-to-day marketing coordination across the firm Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, Architecture, or related field preferred 4+ years of marketing/proposal experience within the AEC industry preferred Strong proposal management and organizational skills Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities Strong graphic/layout sensibility and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment Preferred Software Experience with: Procurement platforms and public bidding websites What We’re Looking For: Someone who is proactive and highly organized Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture A good communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams and personalities Someone comfortable balancing strategy, creativity, and production work A person who can keep pursuits moving while maintaining strong design and organization under tight timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
