Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a growing independent Property & Casualty insurance agency, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Marketing Coordinator to support the placement of commercial insurance accounts with carrier partners. This role works closely with producers, underwriters, and insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options and pricing for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance agency experience who wants to grow their career within commercial lines. The organization is open to candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn, build carrier relationships, and develop expertise in commercial insurance marketing. Responsibilities Market commercial insurance accounts to insurance carriers and wholesale brokers Obtain quotes, coverage options, and pricing for new and renewal business Work directly with carrier underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage solutions Analyze coverage proposals and assist in identifying the best options for clients Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and underwriting teams Navigate carrier websites, portals, and online quoting systems Track submissions, quotes, and renewals within Applied Epic Assist producers and account managers throughout the marketing and placement process Follow up consistently with carriers to keep submissions moving forward Support the preparation of proposals and client presentations Qualifications 1+ years of insurance agency experience preferred Experience within Commercial Lines insurance strongly preferred Working knowledge of Applied Epic required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Comfortable communicating with carriers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders Property & Casualty License preferred but not required What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Proactive and persistent when following up with carriers Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes Motivated to learn commercial insurance markets and carrier appetites Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
