Marketing Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Atlanta, GA – Buckhead
Schedule: In-Office
Salary: $55,000-62,000

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a commercial real estate team in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing or graphic design professional who enjoys creating polished, visually compelling materials and wants to grow their career in a professional, fast-paced environment.

While the title is Marketing Coordinator, this position has a strong emphasis on graphic design and print layout. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically InDesign and Illustrator—is required and will be the most important qualification for this role.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with commercial real estate agents, sales partners, and the Marketing Team to create high-quality materials used to market properties for sale and lease. This includes brochures, Offering Memorandums, presentations, proposals, maps, aerials, site plans, and other property marketing materials.

What You'll Do

• Create and customize professional marketing materials including Offering Memorandums (OMs), BOVs, brochures, flyers, proposals, and presentations
• Design multi-page documents and professional page layouts using Adobe InDesign
• Use Adobe Illustrator to create and edit maps, aerials, site plans, floor plans, stacking plans, and other property graphics
• Incorporate photography, maps, aerial imagery, retailer logos, infographics, Excel charts, financial information, and property data into marketing materials
• Transform agent-provided content and complex property information into polished, easy-to-understand presentations and collateral
• Assist with property marketing campaigns and keep property information and marketing materials updated across applicable platforms and channels
• Manage multiple marketing requests and projects while consistently meeting deadlines
• Prepare materials for both digital distribution and professional print production
• Proofread materials carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
• Collaborate with agents, sales partners, and the Marketing Team and incorporate feedback into final materials

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is required
• Strong graphic design, page layout, and visual communication skills
• Experience creating multi-page documents and professional print or digital marketing materials
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including basic photo editing and enhancement
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered
