At OTF Pike Creek, we’re more than a fitness studio — we’re a community. We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our reach through local lead generation and engaging events. Role Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the face of OTF Pike Creek in the community. You’ll create and manage local partnerships, run activation events, generate qualified leads, and support the studio’s overall marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation: • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and wellness providers • Generate leads through grassroots marketing, QR code campaigns, and outreach events • Tag and track leads using our internal CRM (Orangebook)Event Activation: • Plan and attend tabling events, local 5Ks, and fitness expos • Set up promotional booths, giveaways, and brand signage • Capture photos/video to support studio marketing and social mediaStudio Marketing Support: • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and referral pushes • Keep promotional materials organized and up to date • Work closely with studio leadership to align on prioritiesWhat We’re Looking For: • Friendly, outgoing personality who thrives on connection • Strong organization and follow-through • Weekend availability and flexibility for event-based hours • Previous experience in marketing, brand ambassadorship, or fitness is a plus • Passion for health, wellness, and representing the OTF brand with pridePerks: • Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives • Access to OTF workouts • Fun, fast-paced team culture with growth potential To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief note telling us why you’d be a great fit for this role and how you would help us grow the OTF Pike Creek community. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
