Shift: 2PM-10:30PM (Mid 5x8-Hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Employment: Contract (W-2)
License/Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA or IAHCSMM)
Experience: Previous sterile processing and OR liaison experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Pay rate: $32.88/hour
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

Decontaminate all surgical instruments (Drills, DaVinci, scopes)
Perform sterilization processes (Sterrad and steam sterilization)
Handle HLD/Scope processing
Manage sterile storage and supply needs
Act as OR liaison for surgical teams
Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
Move case carts, separate dirty instruments, and prepare carts for upcoming cases
Respond to OR calls for both floors of surgery

What You Need:

Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA or IAHCSMM)
Prior sterile processing and OR support experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This role is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, supporting surgical services with sterile processing and OR coordination. The position involves handling all aspects of sterilization and instrument management to ensure smooth operative procedures and patient safety.
