Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, thus enhancing each client’s path to recovery.

• Implement treatment programs based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans in alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions along with psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating a community-focused therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
