Your Responsibilities * Operate CNC machines (routers, mills, or lathes) to cut and shape wood panels with precision. * Work closely with the team to ensure each project meets high-quality standards. * Read blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders to understand project specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. * Assist teammates when needed—because we succeed together! * Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive work environment .
