Auction Operations Coordinator

BigIron is looking for an Auction Operation Coordinator to join our team. The Auction Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Team and other BigIron departments to integrate and complete all details of an auction listing. The role will entails data entry, proof-reading listings, liens checks, and providing pre and post auction support to the Sales team, lenders, buyers and sellers to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Role:

• Conducts lien searches using iLien software.
• Maintain current knowledge of UCC Regulations
• Review and confirm titles pre- auction for your respective region.
• Proofread descriptions for quality, grammar, spelling, and correct categories.
• Maintain all status changes and notification on each listings' agreement.
• Review, accept and publish Listings and Lots to the public website.
• Provide pre- and post-auction support to the Sales Team, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers within your region.
• Maintains departmental reports.
• Prioritizes workload to ensure that all essential functions are addressed effectively.
• Completes required training. Self identifies areas where additional training is required and demonstrates understanding of the training content and implements training in day-to-day work activities.
• Uses good judgement, discretion, and integrity to review, research and resolve issues. Considers all factors and takes appropriate action to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and cost savings within your region.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

• Associate degree preferred or combination of work-related experience.
• Strong organizational, customer service, attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and other applications used by the Company.
