This position is based in our dynamic outpatient facility located in Keansburg, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and recovery goals.
• Implement diverse treatment methods, including therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to mitigate patient pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and meet established therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and caregivers, providing education on pain management strategies, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices to foster independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences to remain current with industry best practices and innovative treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient therapy practice caters to a diverse patient population, ranging from young children to seniors, who are managing recovery from acute injuries, chronic conditions, or postoperative rehabilitation. You will encounter varied diagnoses, thus requiring adaptable treatments that cater to individual recovery trajectories. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State of New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, word processing software, and telecommunication tools.
• A flexible approach and adaptability in working with various patient demographics and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with a strong focus on outpatient care is preferred.
• Experience with advanced rehabilitation techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Prior mentorship or training in therapeutic interventions, particularly with children or geriatric populations, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
