Enterprise Client Success Manager

Managing a portfolio of key strategic and large enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Client Success Manager will ensure the successful delivery and adoption of a mental health benefits platform, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving client satisfaction and engagement strategies. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the mental health benefits platform Develop and execute customized mental health program strategies aligned with each client's workforce needs Analyze engagement and utilization data to demonstrate value, inform strategy, and identify opportunities for client expansion Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus At least 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or management consulting, preferably in healthcare or HR Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and building long-term client relationships Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients Familiarity with mental health benefits and related industries is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
