Compensation & Career Growth for Hibu's Business Development team- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $50–60K+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses)
- Year 2 Average Earnings: $71.8K+ with significant upside potential

What You'll Do on Hibu's Business Development teamAs a Business Development Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our Inside Sales team, connecting with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. You'll identify their needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive real results.
- Start the conversation: Interact with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach
- Consult with confidence : Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu's all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more
- Close deals : Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
- Build relationships : Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
- Stay sharp : Continuously learn and master Hibu's products, tools, and sales techniques
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment : Compete, collaborate, and celebrate wins with a high-energy team
