Restoration Technician – No Experience Required SERVPRO – Arnold, MD
Full-Time | $20–$26/hour

As a Restoration Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fires, mold, and other property emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced people who will teach you the job from the ground up.

Already have experience in restoration, construction, demolition, moving, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse work, or another hands-on trade? Even better. Starting pay will reflect your experience.

What You'll Do

• Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage
• Extract water and set up professional drying equipment
• Remove damaged materials and perform demolition as needed
• Move and protect furniture and belongings
• Clean and prepare affected areas
• Take jobsite photos and document work using a phone or tablet
• Keep jobsites, trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs and technicians
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting and carrying equipment and materials, working on your feet for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working in residential and commercial environments.
