Technical RecruiterTesla is looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our engineering and technical organizations. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, building software and AI systems, and advancing the "machine that builds the machine." Recruiting at Tesla is fast-paced and high-impact; hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and meaningful to our mission. This role may support teams across software, hardware, AI, manufacturing engineering, facilities, infrastructure, materials, and related technical disciplines. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
