THE ROLE As a Project Manager I, you will manage the delivery of Caselle's ERP solutions for municipal clients under the guidance of senior project leadership. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day project execution across concurrent implementations of standard complexity, owning task-level scheduling, client communication, and internal coordination. This is an ideal role for someone building a career in SaaS implementation project management who wants hands-on experience with the full project lifecycle in a mission-driven environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage day-to-day project execution for concurrent ERP implementation projects of standard complexity, following established methodologies and templates Build and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports using PSA tooling and standard templates Coordinate with System Consultants, Technical Consultants, and support staff to ensure deliverables are completed on time Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients; prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on open issues Track project milestones, risks, and issues; elevate blockers to senior project leadership promptly Monitor project scope and flag potential scope changes; assist in preparing Change Order documentation when needed Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes, decision logs, and lessons learned Support change management activities by communicating project timelines and expectations to client stakeholders Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required 1-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role in a software or technology environment Foundational understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software implementation lifecycles Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or PSA platforms) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills-comfortable facilitating client meetings and preparing status reports Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Exposure to public sector, municipal government, or GovTech software environments CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP certification in progress Familiarity with municipal finance, utility billing, or government operations concepts Experience supporting ERP data migration or system go-live activities WHAT WE OFFER Mission-Driven Work: Help local governments deliver better services to their communities Flexibility: Remote-eligible role with a collaborative team based in Provo, UT Growth: Join a company investing in its next generation of products and expanding its market presence Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive compensation, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support Work-Life Balance: Standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional travel for client engagements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a primarily office-based or remote role involving standard computer work. The position requires the ability to manage moderate stress associated with deadline-driven projects and client-facing responsibilities.
