We believe that, together, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future while tackling the most pressing challenges of the 21st century.Role and ResponsibilitiesBe the quality representative for evening shiftProvide evening shift coverage (6pm to 6am) of quality engineering support across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing with special focus on front of the shop.Respond promptly to issues that can potentially lead to production line down if not resolved. This includes excessive defect found, defective incoming materials, wrong recipe used. Working closely with PE and production lead to resolve the issue and disposition of material. Summarize the finding and resolution to prevent further occurrenceConduct routine process audit to prevent issues and make sure adequate POA's are in place and followedLead containment and disposition when special event occur. Working with PE and production for countermeasure to prevent future occurrence.escalationCommunicate clearly to co-workers and send out daily reports to teamSkills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate degree, technical certifications or relevant coursework with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.Hands on experience with production processStrong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues.Ability to follow direction, meet deadline, and collaborate in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written skill setAdhere to safety requirements and ability to work in controlled environment wearing personal protective safety equipmentSalary Ranges: $28.02 - $40.32
