Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator- Morris County Park Commission. Full-time position to assist in the operations of the Human Resources Dept. This individual will be responsible for the administrative and record keeping functions of the Payroll & Human Resource operating units for a Local government entity. Specific functions include the biweekly processing of payroll and quarterly/yearly tax filing reporting, applicant tracking and new hire processes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years related experience (preferably with a NJ public employer), HRIS software knowledge, excellent communication skills with an employee focus and will establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with various department heads, and current and retired employees. Candidates must possess a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Studies & Employee Relations or related field, with an advanced degree or other HR certifications desirable. Salary range is $65,000-$70,000 based on experience and qualifications.
