Production Line Lead
Smurfit Westrock
Smurfit Westrock seeks a Production Line Lead for 1st shift at our manufacturing facility. You will lead daily operations on a high-speed packaging line, assigning work, monitoring throughput, and ensuring safety, quality, and uptime targets are achieved. Responsibilities include coaching and training operators, performing basic equipment changeovers and troubleshooting, maintaining 5S standards, and accurately completing shift reports. In our performance-driven, safety-focused environment, you’ll support continuous improvement and have opportunities to grow within our global sustainable packaging organization.
