Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base by connecting with people in the San Antonio area and helping them understand their coverage options.
• Conduct thorough insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage and offer solutions that bring peace of mind.
• Prepare accurate quotes and assist potential clients in transitioning their policies to our agency.
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in community events to build our agency’s reputation and presence.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge to ensure clients receive the most relevant and helpful advice.

Requirements

Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Active Texas Life and Health Insurance License.

Minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Clear and articulate communication skills in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage time effectively without needing constant supervision.
