Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team for coverage at Medical Offices in & surrounding areas of Denver, CO. 80220.. Work Schedule: 40 H/P/W: Monday - Friday, hours vary between 6:00am - 6:00pm, additional hours/days may be requested in this role. Job Responsibilities: * Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups * Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. * Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner * Process billing information and collect payments when required * Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis * Maintain patient and specimen information logs * Provide superior customer service to all patients * Administrative and clerical duties as necessary * Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: * Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 9 months or more experience as a phlebotomist * 9 months or more experience with pediatric through geriatric patients Additional Job Standards: * In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency * Coverage for Denver Metro and 25 miles radius of surrounding areas * Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service * Ability to work in fast paced / high volume work environments * Able to pass a standardized color blindness test * Be at least 21 years of age * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Reliable transportation * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Exceptional customer service * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Comfortable working under minimal supervision At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you! * QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM * : Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Application Window Closes: 07/25/26 Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
