Phlebotomist II – Littleton, CO Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM with rotational Saturdays. Pay range: $22.57–$25.97 per hour. Administer oral solutions per training. Verify test/client information and orders using lab technology systems and approved tools. Navigate a computer and accurately enter data. Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments when required per corporate policies. Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport as required. Perform non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email. Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data when required. Maintain phlebotomy logs, including maintenance and temperature logs, in a timely manner. Complete required online and in‑person training courses timely. Qualifications Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Keyboard/data‑entry experience. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable. High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
