Job Overview:
We’re seeking passionate, driven Sales Representatives to join our team in promoting and selling home internet and wireless plans. As part of this commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest telecom companies in the industry, offering highly competitive plans to residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including direct outreach, community events, and lead generation efforts.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of home internet and wireless services to meet customer needs.
- Develop strategic sales approaches to meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business or referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and new products to provide customers with the best options.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A strong desire to succeed and be rewarded based on your performance.
- Familiarity with home internet or wireless services is advantageous, but not mandatory.
