As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will play a vital role in developing customized strategies that protect assets, minimize tax liabilities, and ensure seamless client transitions. What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the State Bar
- 2–3 years of experience in tax and estate planning, particularly with business owners
- Strong analytical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience drafting wills, trusts, and partnership agreements
- Knowledge of current tax laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to develop comprehensive business succession plans
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in estate and tax planning within a law firm or corporate setting
