Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads and schedule appointments
- Present and explain insurance options clearly
- Follow up and close new business efficiently
- Track progress toward individual and team goals
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy office culture
Requirements
- Proven success in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment
- Current insurance license (or ability to get one quickly)
- Competitive spirit and a drive to achieve goals
