The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the on‑ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHC), and division and regional marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing resource for sales leaders and NHCs in the field. Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams. Support Quick Move‑In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography. Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates. Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions. Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates. Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials. Plan and execute on‑site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open‑house weekends. Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level. Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office set‑up in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams. Support regional content teams with requests for photography of homes, models, local area, testimonial and lifestyle photography as necessary. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred. High school diploma or GED required. 0–2 years of experience required. Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator. Computer skills and competencies are required, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. Resourceful and solution‑oriented. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable). Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer‑facing industries is a plus. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. The role may require working more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving and/or carrying equipment in excess of 50 pounds, and occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $20.05 – $25, subject to adjustment based on business‑related factors. Potential eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
