Assistant Executive Director (Full-Time) | Leadership Opportunity Lead with purpose at Azura Living and make a meaningful impact every day. Azura of Fox Point is seeking a dynamic Assistant Executive Director to help lead daily operations and support exceptional long term care. This role partners closely with the Executive Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership experience, long term care preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
