Job Details As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely and profitable delivery Managing communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with all safety and industry regulations Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and change orders for accuracy and completeness Leading collaboration between field and office teams to identify solutions and drive efficiency Managing procurement, resource allocation, and project logistics to optimize performance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred Significant experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of safety standards, codes, and industry regulations This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a driven professional eager to lead impactful projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
