This role is a good fit for someone who likes working independently, staying active, and working outdoors. About the Role Technicians complete outdoor pest control treatments at residential properties. Most days you’ll follow a defined route and repeat a consistent set of tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance. What to Expect Carrying and wearing heavy backpack equipment for extended periods Walking properties with uneven terrain, landscaping, hills and stairs Repetitive, detail-oriented work that requires focus Working independently with most of the day This is physically demanding work. Success in this role requires stamina, attention to detail, and consistency day after day — including in heat and humidity. You’ll likely do well if you: Are dependable and show up when scheduled Take pride in doing work the right way Prefer structure and clear expectations Work well independently Finish what you start Training & Certification All technicians must become certified before running routes. Training and support are provided. Technicians are expected to: Study for and pass required state certification exams Apply products safely and according to regulations Follow property-specific application notes Certification milestones are rewarded as part of the role.
