This role is 100% on site and based out of our headquarters in Northeastern Connecticut.The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects that support our business objectives - from system implementations and integrations to digital transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance and sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Key responsibilities will include:Lead the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects across global business unitsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively identifying and mitigating risksCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goalsOversee implementations and integrationsDevelop and maintain detailed project documentation, reports and communications for all stakeholdersCoordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project objectivesDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools and methodologiesThe successful candidate should have:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development and implementation processesProven success delivering enterprise-level projects (ERP, CRM, QMS or digital transformation initiatives)Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skillsPMP or Agile certification preferredWHY SPIROL:Competitive Compensation StructureHealth/Dental/Vision/Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchingESOP PensionPet InsurancePaid time offEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramEducation Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance Program
