Commercial Lines Account Manager

Small to Mid-Market Accounts | $75,000 – $90,000 Base + Full Benefits
Hybrid or In-Office | EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 Experience Required

Your Role:

• Manage a designated book of commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely service, renewals, and policy accuracy.

• Coordinate marketing and quoting for new and renewal business using online rating tools and carrier portals.

• Provide consultative support to clients—explaining coverage, assisting with claims, and navigating policy changes.

• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to deliver tailored, cost-effective insurance solutions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to meet compliance standards and support audit readiness.

• Respond promptly to service and billing inquiries, offering proactive and thoughtful resolutions.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency.

• Active Property & Casualty license (required).

• Strong proficiency with EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 (required).

• Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are highly valued.

• Excellent organizational, client service, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and carrier procedures.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
