About the Role:

The Boulder Cork is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our front-of-house team in the heart of Boulder, CO. If you thrive in a fast-paced dining environment and love creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized table service

Present menus, answer questions, and make informed food and beverage recommendations

Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to kitchen and bar staff

Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards

Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience

Process payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table resets and side work

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

Previous serving or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume dining environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays comfortably

Must meet Colorado minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
