Sr. Staff Accountant – Real Estate Investment & Construction

What You'll Own:
- Full-cycle accounting for multiple sets of books—you're the go-to for start-to-finish accuracy.
- General ledger oversight and monthly close activities.
- Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations with a sharp eye for detail.
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
- Support for quarterly/year-end deliverables and audit prep.
- Special projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
6+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within real estate, investment, or construction sectors.
Mastery of NetSuite or Sage 300—this is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and solid understanding of GAAP.
Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of accrual-based accounting.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
