Licensed Spa Coordinator, Palos Verdes

Job Description We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team. The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our Spa guests, including greeting guests, orienting them to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service. Responsibilities Interview, hire, and coach staff members. Conduct outreach marketing for the spa. Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets. Provide an orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered, and answering guests’ questions. Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions. Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker and facility areas. Qualifications Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy License. Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills. Enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality. Efficient and productive in a fast‑paced environment. Basic financial literacy and money‑handling skills. Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills. Must be a team player. Pay Transparency $20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
