Licensed Spa Coordinator, Palos Verdes We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team. This position offers a meaningful contribution to a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities Interview, hire, and coach spa staff. Develop and implement outreach marketing for the spa. Manage daily spa operations, including inventory, goal, and budget monitoring. Guide guests through orientation tours, explaining spa amenities. Describe spa treatments, packages, services, and facilities to guests. Promote spa services, sessions, retail, and programming. Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized spa environment, including locker and facility areas. Qualifications Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy License. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly and outgoing personality; team player. Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Basic financial literacy and money handling skills. Computer skills. Compensation Pay Transparency: $20 per hour for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
