Senior Membership Manager

Leading membership governance and engagement initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Membership will oversee recruitment, retention, and operational strategies to build and activate a powerful base of Black feminists, working remotely to support organizational goals and community empowerment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage membership projects and governance plans that align with BFF's strategic objectives Implement strategies for member recruitment, engagement, and political education to enhance participation and collective power Coordinate membership programming and leadership development opportunities, ensuring alignment with Black feminist principles Required Qualifications Grounded understanding of Black feminist political analysis and democratic governance Proven project management experience with complex, multi-phase initiatives Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster trust-based connections Experience in facilitating meetings, trainings, and collective decision-making processes Commitment to ongoing learning and political development
