Surety Account Manager

Hybrid - South Jersey (Greater Philadelphia) Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 Reports to: Director of Surety We are seeking an experienced professional from the surety bond space that have exposure to middle-large markets. Overview Of Responsibilities Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Surety Director and Bond Billing Account Administrator to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of assigned responsibilities. Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Respond to client inquiries and manage policy administration, billing, claims coordination, and coverage-related requests. Manage Policy Lifecycle: Oversee policy expirations, renewals, and related documentation to ensure uninterrupted coverage and compliance. Coordinate Renewal Activities: Conduct client and market research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage terms, and develop and present renewal proposals. Support Accounts Receivable Efforts: Review aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist in the collection of delinquent accounts.
