Technical Information Specialist

Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Identify, enter, index, and curate technical content in APHIS content management systems.
- Assist team lead in the development of new or enhanced systems for delivery of technical information.
- Conduct studies with customers in order to improve customer experience.
- Assists in information product development and testing.
- Provides day-to-day customer service and training on ISMU digital products.
- Ensures the day-to-day use of content by customers meets the Agency expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
