Service Desk Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on advanced technology that supports U.S. and allied military capabilities. This role provides technical support for software and hardware across Anduril’s tech fleet, configuring Windows, Linux, and Apple computers, maintaining inventory, and managing the asset program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide on‑site and remote technical support for software and hardware. Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system. Identify persistent problems and recurring failures and escalates them to the engineering team. Configure Windows, Linux, and Apple computers to ensure the latest software updates, device management, and security stack are installed. Manage inventory and asset management of all endpoint hardware. Administer licenses for end‑user software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lucid, and Matlab. Create and update knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT. Assist with operational improvements and implementation projects as needed. Travel regionally up to 50% to support our Colorado locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a service‑desk technical role. Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware. Highly detail oriented. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue. Must participate in a weekly on‑call rotation. Must be able to travel if necessary. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Linux. Experience with AWS Virtual Workspaces. Experience with MDM.
