Recruitment SpecialistAs a Recruitment Specialist, your mission is to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with business leaders to support current and future workforce needs. You will report to the Human Resource Manager.You willManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding support, and requisition closure.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and community partnerships.Promote Atlas Copco as an employer of choice through career fairs, campus recruiting, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives.Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, and continuously improve recruiting processes to deliver strong hiring outcomes.To Succeed, You Will NeedWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
