$55–$65/Hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Three 12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights

Ditmas Children's Nursing & Rehab is a specialized inpatient pediatric rehabilitation and subacute care center dedicated to caring for medically complex children from infancy through young adulthood. Our nurses work alongside pediatric physicians, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional, compassionate care in a highly collaborative environment.

We are growing our nursing team and are seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses who have worked in PICU, NICU, or a Pediatric Emergency Department and are looking to continue making a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Three 12-hour shifts per week

• Day Shift available

• Night Shift available

• One weekend per month required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.

• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.

• Minimum of 5 year of recent experience in one of the following:

  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

  • Pediatric Emergency Department (Pediatric ER)

• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional pediatric patient care.
