Job Title: Business Support Specialist Location: Duluth, GA Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

• Execute and handle administrative tasks to support the regional operation unit.
• Focus on standardized and established processes and systems.
• Handle MS Office applications, specifically Outlook and Teams confidently.
• Possibly utilize Concur and Copilot applications.
• Perform additional duties as required to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with no prior experience or high school diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Teams.
• Knowledge of Concur and Copilot is a plus.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
