Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to identify growth opportunities, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage daily operations across e-commerce marketplaces, customer portals, and company websites.
• Create and optimize product listings, content, pricing, and product information to improve visibility and sales.
• Conduct product research, market analysis, and competitor monitoring across global marketplaces to support product selection and merchandising decisions.
• Support merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors in Malaysia and China on product sourcing, pricing, and orders.
• Support inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics, including Small Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments.
• Provide customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Support marketplace onboarding and other cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience managing e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Experience using EDI services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new software, marketplace platforms, and AI tools quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or merchandising.
• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
