As a valued member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll functions. About the Role: As an HR/Payroll Assistant at Valley Manor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR and payroll teams. Your primary duties will include: Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and compliant payments to our employees. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and FMLA. Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
