Quality Technician 1st shift

Join the Barrett Petfood team as a Full‑time Quality Technician in Little Falls, MN. This onsite role focuses on ensuring Safety and Quality Control throughout the entire production process, from raw ingredients to finished products. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, conduct comprehensive checks, monitor production methods, and support a high‑performance culture that values creativity and integrity. Key Responsibilities Inspect raw ingredients and materials for safety and quality. Monitor and evaluate production methods and practices. Conduct comprehensive checks throughout the production process. Maintain sanitation procedures to support a safe environment. Record and analyze data for continuous improvement. Qualifications To excel, you need strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency. Mathematical skills are required for precise measurements and calculations. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
