Human Resources Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an HR Consultant to join their team. As an HR Consultant, you will be part of the HR Support Services supporting HR teams and organizational leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid, candidates must be local)

Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr.

Job Type: 5-month contract with the possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. No OT.

What's the Job?

• Support managers and employees by providing HR consultation and guidance on workplace matters
• Assist with performance management, employee relations, and organizational policies
• Contribute to data entry, accuracy, and management of HR case activities
• Collaborate with HR partners to support strategic people initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency

What's Needed?

• Experience in HR, employee relations, or related fields
• Knowledge of performance management practices and HR policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within large or matrixed organizations is preferred
