Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ Years License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Medical Surgical, Ortho, Post-op Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical. The role requires working night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. The contract lasts for 13 weeks. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Patient ratios are 6:1, and the unit has 30 beds. The nurse will float depending on staffing needs. Candidates must possess strong time management skills and experience in medical surgical nursing. We seek individuals who are friendly, compassionate, and possess a sense of urgency. Our dress code includes navy scrubs, and certain attire, such as fake nails or ear pods, is not acceptable. This position requires working every other weekend and has no call requirements. The role includes caring for medical surgical and post-operative patients. The facility is known for a wide range of medical services and specialized care.
